Orders and stock

Once an order has been placed, Verbox will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your purchase and delivery/pickup ETAs.

Verbox only stock panels in the colour black. All other colours will be made to order so may take longer than expected, especially if the fabric has to be ordered in.

Verbox will attempt to keep an adequate supply of panels on hand for short delivery/pickup times but orders can sometimes take up to 2 weeks or longer depending on stock levels and demand. For more accurate times, please contact Verbox directly before time of order.

Products ordered that are to be collected must be done within a week of purchase. If items are not collected, there may be long delays for customers to pick up products in the future. 

For deliveries done by Verbox, products may arrive unboxed. See Shipping and Returns for more details.


Verbox is not responsible for any damage caused by self installation, in the case of a fire or the misuse of products. Install at your own risk.

Verbox products are to be kept indoors, free from any moisture, heat, fire and any other substances that can affect their integrity.

If attaching products directly to the wall or ceiling, making it physically part of the surface in commercial settings, please comply with the building codes provided by the ABCB (Australian Building Codes Board). Hanging or suspension is compliant. 


A non-refundable 50% deposit for any business-to-business must be paid in full before the order can be processed.

All orders, including custom orders, for private customers must be paid in full before the order can be processed.
