Shipping policy

 

DELIVERIES

Verbox is based in Coburg, (Melbourne), Victoria and currently offers 5 delivery options in order for you to receive your products.

  1. Flat rate $80 fee for all orders within a 0-10km radius of Coburg.
  2. Flat rate $110 fee for all orders within a 10-30km radius of Coburg.
  3. Flat rate $140 fee for all orders within a 30-50km radius of Coburg.
  4. Flat rate $170 fee for all orders within a 50-80km radius of Coburg.
  5. For all other locations outside of the 80km zone, you must contact us for a quote.

For deliveries within the 80km radius bubble, Verbox will personally deliver to your door. This allows for affordable shipping costs with bulk purchases to our local customers and flexible delivery times.

Please note that local deliveries done by Verbox will come UNBOXED. This helps us keep our costs low to pass those savings onto our customers.

As our products are so bulky and orders can vary in size, we shop around for each individual booking and cannot give consistent shipping rates across Australia at this point in time. If you are outside the 80km radius zone, please contact us with the exact products you are after so we can find the cheapest delivery option.

PICK UPS

Pickups from our Coburg warehouse is now available. We have made this available mostly for smaller orders. Please understand if you are ordering 8+ Premium sized panels or 4+ Ultra sized panels and you do not have a van, we strongly recommend using our local delivery service. Our products are BULKY and generally can not fit more than this in a standard car.

Notes;

  • Our products come UNBOXED so you must have a safe means of transporting them; blankets, straps etc.
  • Products usually take around 2 weeks until they are ready for collection.
  • We will contact you via text to arrange a time as someone is not always here.
  • Once a time is arrange, we prefer not to change it.
  • Pick up times can be flexible and are generally between 9am-5pm Mon-Friday.
